It is important to know what your staff members are working on, where they are working, and how their time contributes to billable or non-billable tasks.

The OMS platform enables you to configure both activities and locations relevant to your business operations - for example, activities like Administration, Chemical Testing, NDT, Report Writing, Training, and Meetings, and locations such as Client Site, Home, or Office.

When a staff member enters their timesheet, they can easily select:

  • Activity: The task or process they were undertaking at that time.
  • Location: Where the work was performed.

This ensures accurate tracking of productivity, billing, and operational efficiency, while maintaining complete transparency and traceability.
